Louve Le Coadou Spills on Hottest Romance of ‘Tout pour la lumière’: Baya & Eden’s Unmissable Chemistry!

After months of anticipation, Baya and Eden are finally a couple! In an interview with AlloCiné, Louve Le Coadou opened up about this love story that hasn’t always been smooth sailing!

Baya and Eden (played by Clément Massy) are no longer hiding their love in “Tout pour la lumière”! Madly in love since the beginning of the series, the two were finally able to become a couple when they found out they were not blood-related. But, was it really the only thing stopping them from being together?

Speaking to AlloCiné, Louve Le Coadou discussed this romantic plotline that fans have been eagerly waiting for: “It was absolutely clear. When Baya and Eden are together, it just makes sense. It’s what they’ve wanted from the start. From the very first episode, Baya knew what she wanted. They also have a musical connection that works incredibly well. They’re truly in sync.”

“Sometimes, it’s not up to us”

She continued: “I think they had love at first sight. They have common interests, and you can see them laughing and interacting, but I think there’s a connection that goes deeper than that. It’s something that can’t be chosen! Sometimes, it’s not up to us.”

“Sometimes, there’s someone who seems perfect for you on paper, because you have the same interests and it’s great. But in the end, it may not be that person who understands you completely! And I think that’s exactly what happens with Baya and Eden: their connection surpasses everything,” reveals the actress before discussing the moment when Mohamed (played by Abdellah Boujalal) discovers the truth:

“I loved all of that part. It was the drama, and I loved playing it! But Baya knew that if she told everything to Mohamed, it would admit that she’s been in love with Eden from the start and that he was just a rebound, which was exactly what he had told her during their breakup.”

“I also loved filming the scene where Mohamed asks Eden and Baya to leave him alone. I really enjoyed playing Baya’s guilt, and I think it works well on screen.”

So, how did the two actors navigate this shift in their characters’ relationship? “We doubled down on our lines, to be comfortable. We said: ‘Let’s talk, let’s tell each other a little about what we want to do in these scenes.’ And then, it went smoothly.”

“It was very pleasant to work with Clément”

“Honestly, I think I’ve played with Clément so much since the beginning that I had gotten used to acting with him. And even though we weren’t playing a couple, we’ve been playing love since the start. The tension was there, we just had to turn it into a couple. It was very pleasant to work with Clément!”

While we wait for more, don’t miss the final episodes of Tout pour la lumière airing from 6pm on TF1 and available for replay on TF1+!
