Shocking Details Revealed: Zac Efron’s Near-Death Swim Sends Him Rushing to Hospital in Ibiza!

Information has come to light regarding the hospitalization of Zac Efron last week following a swimming pool episode in Ibiza, Spain.

The actor, known for his role in “Iron Claw”, was taken to the hospital last Friday as a safety measure after he experienced a “minor swimming mishap” while residing at a villa in Ibiza.

Following the incident, Efron posted a photo of himself on his Instagram story on Sunday where he can be seen lifting weights on a pink yoga ball, shirtless. “Healthy and joyful– grateful for the good wishes,” he stated. Until now, that was all the information that had been shared.

However, TMZ managed to dig deeper, revealing that the 36-year-old actor had plunged into a pool with companions in the early hours of that Friday, struck the bottom with his chest and inhaled a significant volume of water into his lungs. According to the website, the actor seemed disoriented for a moment, was removed from the pool by security personnel present at the scene, and was then taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.

When The Times requested for a comment on Monday, Efron’s representatives remained silent.

The actor has since returned to the United States, TMZ reported on Tuesday, after boarding a private flight on Monday and landing in Miami.

On the evening prior to the pool incident, the “High School Musical” protagonist was seen onstage at a hotel nightclub with DJ Martin Garrix.

Recently, Efron was seen starring in the Netflix original film “A Family Affair” alongside Joey King and Nicole Kidman. The romantic comedy, featuring an age-gap love story, revolves around the relationship between Kidman’s character and the younger Efron’s.
