Alia Bhatt has been doing some really great films and her performance is something that stands out every time. Recently, actress Alia Bhatt, during an interview with the Hindustan Times, stated, “I am working with Sanjay [Leela Bhansali] sir for the first time in Gangubai. That’s something I have looked forward to since I was nine.”
She further stated, “So, you can say that the dream I had as a nine-year-old is coming true now. And then, I am thrilled to be working with SS Rajamouli sir, who is one of the most celebrated filmmakers of the country and someone whose films are looked forward to by all of us. It’s great that I am getting to be a part of his film’s journey. Maybe, we can talk next December to assess how 2020 went by for me (laughs).”
On Sadak 2, Alia stated that she is very much excited to get to work with Mahesh Bhatt i.e. her father and the other people including Pooja Bhatt (Alia’s sister), Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sanjay Dutt. They all will be sharing the screen this time with Sadak 2. Moreover, Alia has worked with actor Sanjay Dutt before in Kalank.
Other than Sadak 2, she will be seen in many other upcoming films such as RRR, Brahmastra, and Gangubai Kathiawadi. In Brahmastra, she will be sharing the screen with Ranbir Kapoor. The film has been directed by Ayan Mukerji who is also a very good friend of both the actors.
