Good Newwz enters 200 crore club after successfully crossing Mission Mangal and Raees films’ collection at the box office. The film, Good Newwz has successfully collected great numbers during its initial days and has been gaining momentum even after facing intense competition with new box office releases.
At the end of 19 days theatrical run, it has entered into the 200 crore club. Good Newwz has earned 190.09 crores net and 224.30 crores gross in India. Making another 65.14 crores gross, the total worldwide collection reaches 289.44 crores gross. This worldwide collection has crossed Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal (287.18 crores) and King Khan’s Raees (287.71 crores).
The movie even overshadowed Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 in the box office. Though, the film is facing tough competition from Ajay Devgn and Deepika Padukone’s new releases, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior and Chhapaak respectively.
The film star cast includes Khiladi Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kabir Singh actress Kiara Advani. Directed by Raj Mehta, the film is based on the concept of In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF). In the film, two couples, both having surname ‘Batra’ opt for IVF support to have a child at a private clinic.
