Housefull 4 starring Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Kharbanda, Kriti Sanon, and Pooja Hegde in lead roles had crossed 200 crores at the box-office last Diwali. It can be seen that audiences have given the same response to the movie that released on a small screen some time back.
Housefull 4 was released on the television on 22nd of December, 2019, in the famous movie channel, Star Gold. As per BARC (Broadcast Audience Research Council), the film, Housefull 4, has grossed about 2.15 crores (215.42 lacs) by noon upon its release. By grossing such a tremendous amount of money on the television, the movie has managed to top the chartbusters for all good reasons.
The film has managed to surpass Total Dhamaal, which had starred Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra, Shreyas Talpade, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Javed Jaffrey, and Johnny Lever in the lead actor roles. The film, Total Dhamaal was able to collect about 1.67 crores at its launch.
Similarly, it has also managed to surpass 2.0 (Hindi), Kesari (starring Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra), Luka Chuppi (starring Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aryan), Simmba ((starring Sara Ali Khan and Ranveer Singh), Bharat (starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif), and Kabir Singh (starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani) by huge numbers.
