New Challenge for Kriti Sanon is up as she now needs to gain 15 Kgs for her next film. Yes, you read it right! She will be gaining 15 Kgs just as many other actors have done in many films as per what the character demanded. Bollywood actors and actresses are going under tremendous transformations to get into the shoes of the characters they play.
From losing weight to gaining weight, they are leaving no stone unturned to look as real as possible. They are giving in their best to beat every other actor in the field and stand tall as healthy competition for most. Up next in this series is Kriti Sanon. After performing the role of Parvati Bai in Panipat, Kriti is preparing herself for her next film, Mimi. Mimi, which is a remake of Marathi film Mala Aai Vhhaychy, is a story of a surrogate mother.
To ace her role in the movie, she needs to gain 15 kilograms. Excited for her upcoming and a bit nervous on gaining weight Kriti stated, “For me putting on so many kilos is actually a challenge as it’s very new for my body. I have to in a way fight my metabolism and increase my calorie intake to gain that much weight in a short time. But I’m excited to see the transformation. It’s a role very close to my heart and I want to give it everything I can, even if that means not taking up any other work in the process.”
The Hindi remake of this National Award-winning film will be directed by Laxman Uttekar, one who directed Kriti and Karthik Aaryan’s Lukka Chuppi.
