Rob Schneider Pleads for Daughter Elle King’s Forgiveness After She Brands Him ‘Toxic’!

Renowned comedian Rob Schneider has expressed his feelings toward his daughter Elle King, a popular singer known for her hit song “Ex’s & Oh’s”, following her recent public revelations about their difficult relationship.

During a recent interview, Schneider conveyed his regrets to his daughter, saying, “I would like to tell Elle that I love her and I wish I could have been the father she needed when I was in my twenties. Obviously, I wasn’t that person and I hope she can forgive my failures. My love for her is unconditional.”

The star of “The Hot Chick” and former “Saturday Night Live” cast member broke his silence about his daughter’s statements in a conversation with Tucker Carlson, a former Fox News presenter. The interview was published this Wednesday. Earlier this week, King revealed on Bunnie XO’s “Dumb Blonde” podcast that she made a choice at the start of her music career not to be linked with her father, citing that he was “very toxic” during her younger years.

King, who Schneider fathered with his ex-wife and actress-model London King, revealed that she was mainly brought up by her mother and stepfather. When she did spend time with Schneider, she described the experience as anything but enjoyable. “My visits with my dad were usually on a movie set… I would just get lost in the chaos,” King recalled.

King shared that she would often feel disregarded and reprimanded on set. She mentioned that her father would frequently forget her birthday and that he sent her to a weight loss camp during her preteen years.

“I was punished one time because I sprained my ankle and didn’t shed any pounds — it was very toxic and ridiculous,” King admitted, before stating, “It reached a point where I no longer wanted to spend my summers with him.”

The friction between Schneider and King extended beyond her childhood. When she launched her debut album, “Love Stuff,” in 2015, King said her upbringing and relationship with Schneider became a point of interest for many.

“People started questioning about my dad; my dad called me and instructed, ‘Don’t even mention me in the media,’” King recalled. She admitted to disregarding this warning.

In the podcast episode aired on Monday, she criticized Schneider for his conservative ideologies, including his negative comments about drag culture and his opposition to gay rights. Schneider declared in September, “I am a classic 1970’s Liberal. Which today makes me a true conservative.”

King emphasized that she doesn’t align with her father’s beliefs, stating, “He never assisted me. I didn’t want his help.”

Schneider admitted feeling “terrible” in response to his daughter’s statements, but didn’t confirm or refute them. “I want you to know that I’m not taking anything you say personally,” he expressed.

“I love her and my only wish is for her to find happiness and healing from this,” Schneider confided to Carlson.

King is the oldest of Schneider’s three children. After two years of marriage, Schneider and London King officially ended their marriage in 1990. Schneider was then married to Helena Schneider from 2002 to 2005. In 2011, he married producer Patricia Azarcoya Arce and they have two daughters together.
